To use Sound Packs in Bitwig, simply navigate to the Browser-Devices section in the right sidebar, and find Reason Rack Plugin in the VST3 Plugins section.
In Reason Rack Plugin, open the browser by clicking the grey circle in the top left, and then you will see a shortcut for Packs.
Find the Pack, open it and drag one of the patches into the rack.
