I'm still being charged for my Rent-to-Own and Subscription Rack Extensions, despite subscribing to Reason+

Reason+ runs in parallel to our existing Rent-to-Own and Rack Extension subscription service. If you have active Rent-to-Own plans which include Rack Extensions that feature in Reason+ you’ll need to cancel the Rent-to-Own plan.

This terminates your Rent-to-Own agreement and ensures that you’ll not incur any further installment charges (which we’re unable to refund). This can be done in the Rent-to-Own area of your user account here.

Should you have an existing Rack Extension subscription that you wish to continue with, you can replace any products which appear in Reason+ here – changes will take effect on your next billing date.

If you wish to cancel your Rack Extension subscription, please do so here. After requesting cancellation, your Rack Extension subscription will continue until your next billing date. Subscription fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
