What payment methods do you offer?

• • Currently, we accept credit card payments and PayPal. We’ll be adding new payment types as we go, so please check back often.

When am I charged?

• • Every 30 days or every year depending on which subscription option you choose.

Can I update my card details/payment method?

• • Yes. here.

Can I cancel my Reason+ subscription at any time?

• • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, according to this article. Note, though, that any remaining period of a subscription will not be refunded.
  • Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of payment, for a full refund. Cancelling a yearly subscription after 30 days of payment won't be refunded.

Can I pause my Reason+ subscription?

Is there a cross-grade from our existing Subscriptions model to Reason+?

• • No.

Can I have an invoice with VAT specified for each payment?
