When are the promotional campaigns valid until?
The duration will be specified on the newsletter and/or in the web shop. Since we are a Swedish company the start and end points are always valid for Central European Time zone only (CET).
What if I don’t have the available funds to make a purchase during the sale, can you extend the offer in individual cases?
No unfortunately not. The discounts are managed automatically and we legally can’t break contractual sales agreements with 3rd party developers. Once a sale campaign is finished we can’t make any exceptions to this.
If I miss a promotion will I be able to purchase the item at the same price in the next one?
We include all user groups as fairly as possible, so the products included are on a rotational basis. This means items from a past campaign may not necessarily be included again immediately.
Can I use my Rewards Points in the sales campaigns?
No, Rewards Points are only valid in the Rewards Store.
Can I get a refund on items bought in the sales campaigns?
As per our standard terms and conditions, Reason, Reason+ annual subscriptions, Reason upgrades and ReCycle can be returned within 30 days of purchase from the Reason Studios Shop.
Rack Extensions and ReFills are non-refundable.
