Internal Error in Reason 12.2.3 on Windows when loading files from external drives

We have received reports from users who get "Internal Error" in Reason 12.2.3 when trying to load song files and/or patches from external drives.

This has now been fixed in Reason 12.2.4, so please update to this version.
