Under some circumstances you could get the following error message when launching Reason Rack Plugin on Windows computers:
While we're working on a fix for this problem, here is what you could try:
- Shut down your DAW and Reason Rack Plugin.
- Go to %appdata%\Propellerhead Software\Reason and delete the "_Reasondata.prf" file.
Or, if you are using Reason 11 Suite, go here:
%appdata%\Propellerhead Software\Reason Suite and delete the "_Reasondata.prf" file.
- Launch your DAW and Reason Rack Plugin, and do NOT click the "Remember my password" box in the Welcome to Reason window if it appears.
