How do I convert my Reward Points to a Reward Voucher?

You can convert your Reward Points to a 25 or 50 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD Reward Voucher (depending on how many points you have currently earned).

When you have earned your first 25 Reward Points you will have the opportunity to claim a Reward Voucher of 25 EUR/USD/GBP/CAD for use in the Rewards Store. If you don't want to claim a Reward Voucher at this point you don't have to; you could simply continue earning Reward Points until you want to claim a Reward Voucher later on.

At the bottom of the Rewards section on your Reason Studios account, click the "Get this reward!" button to convert your Reward Points to a 25 (or 50) EUR/USD/GBP/CAD Reward Voucher:

A Reward Voucher will then show up at the bottom of the page under heading "Vouchers", and the Reward Points will be deducted from your Current Reward Points balance. To use the Reward Voucher, proceed as follows:

1. Copy the Reward Voucher code.
2. Select one or more of the products in the Rewards Store and head to checkout.
   Note that the Reward Voucher can only be used for product listed in the Rewards Store - not in the rest of the Reason Studios Shop.
3. Paste the Reward Voucher code under "Promotion Code" on the checkout page and the price will be discounted.
4. Pay the remaining amount and enjoy your Rack Extension/ReFill!

Here are some things to keep in mind:

• You can only use one (1) single Reward Voucher per purchase occasion in the Rewards Store.
• A Reward Voucher cannot be combined with other promotion codes/vouchers.
• The value of the Reward Voucher is deducted from the original list price of the Rack Extension(s)/ReFill(s) in the Rewards Store.
• A Reward Voucher claimed by using Reward Points will expire 60 days after the claim, if left unused!
