Reason's Browser support '.fxp' and '.fxb' VST2 patches. Reason 12.5 and later can also support “vstpreset” files for VST3 plugins.
If the patch format for the VST device is in another format you will have to load the patches via the VST GUI in the VST Plugin Window instead.
