Note that this article only applies to Reason 11 and earlier versions!
Please make sure your Rack Extension downloads are up to date:
1. Go to your Rack Extension page in your user account.
2. Click the "Sync All" button.
3. Restart Reason and allow Reason to update your Rack Extension license(s) if prompted.
