What's the difference between Reason 12 and Reason+ and what's included?

Reason 12 is a product for which you can purchase a perpetual license that you own forever.

Reason+ is a subscription service, which gives you access to the latest version of Reason (currently Reason 12) and all Reason Studios Rack Extensions for as long as you subscribe. In other words, you don't own any products or licenses.
