We're happy to announce the release of Reason 13.4. Reason 13.4 will also be immediately available in the Reason+ subscription.
Improvements
- Deprecated OpenGL (used for rendering Reason’s graphics) in favor of Metal on macOS and ANGLE with Direct3D(D3D11) on Windows. There are several improvements related to these changes:

- Drawing of waveforms improved
- Speed optimizations on documents with many devices
- Audio rendering performance improved for DX and MME drivers which is most noticeable on newer Intel processors on Windows
- Save Song dialog is now a modal dialog in Reason on Windows
