"Bad Format" alert when launching Reason 13.1

If you should get a "Bad Format" alert when launching Reason 13.1 it might be because there is something wrong with the optional Drum Supply and/or Loop Supply Refills.

1. In Windows File Explorer/Finder, go to your "Music" folder and open the "Reason Studios" folder:
   
   
   
   
2. In the "Reason Studios" folder, delete the "ReFills" folder.
3. Now, try launching Reason again.
4. If Reason launches now, open the Reason Companion app and click the Account tab:
   
   
   
   
5. Tick the "Use beta release channel" box.
6. After a few seconds click the Restart link that appears in the upper right corner, to update to the latest Companion beta version.
7. In the updated Companion app, click the ReFills tab and install the Drum Supply and Loop Supply ReFills:
