If you should get a "Bad Format" alert when launching Reason 13.1 it might be because there is something wrong with the optional Drum Supply and/or Loop Supply Refills.
- In Windows File Explorer/Finder, go to your "Music" folder and open the "Reason Studios" folder:
- In the "Reason Studios" folder, delete the "ReFills" folder.
- Now, try launching Reason again.
- If Reason launches now, open the Reason Companion app and click the Account tab:
- Tick the "Use beta release channel" box.
- After a few seconds click the Restart link that appears in the upper right corner, to update to the latest Companion beta version.
- In the updated Companion app, click the ReFills tab and install the Drum Supply and Loop Supply ReFills:
