Ableton Link with Figure/Reason

I'm trying a trial version of Reason 10 (I own Reason 8) to test out Ableton Link with Figure, but when both applications are synced all it seems to do is match the tempo in Figure with Reason. Is that it or am I being you know... a noob? =)

Also is the greater integration (with Reason) mentioned when Figure returned to the app store still happening?
