iOS Sale of europa ended 4 hours early which is really upsetting.

Because I got referred to this forum.
„I wanted to purchase the europa synth in reason Compact (ios( for 5,49€ but had to wait till I was in a WiFi again but the sale had ended early and now it’s 10,99€ again which is really upsetting. :(
I want my year end sale back.

The sale ending early is not Apples fault because the developer of the app gets to set time and date of a sale.
On another note: I ended up in the wrong support forum because the official link for support (on the Propellerhead AppStore-Page) links to a Zendesk which does not exist anymore.

When we do a price change in App Store Connect we only set the dates, not the time.

Hanna, I am really sorry. You are totally right! It is in fact Apple’s fault. Price changes should only occur midnight (cet, in my case).

Sorry if I caused any inconvenience for you. The AppStore is really instransparent with these things.
However it would be nice if you could fix the URL of the App-Support link provided directly on the Reason Compact AppStore page.
