Paid version won’t convert from free version

I downloaded the free version of Reason Compact, then purchased the paid version. I still can't convert over to the new options the paid version provides. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it,etc.

Using IOS 12.1 on Ipod.

  Hi!

  Have you tried to click Restore Purchases in Reason Compact Settings?
