Does Reason Compact work with iMPC Pro 2 interapp?

When I try to connect to the iMPC Pro2 I get this message... The connection to the inter-app device failed. Try again after launching the app you're trying to connect to. (Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-1"(null)")
