Purchased Europa lost - Reason Studios ignores issue

So people who bought the Europa IAP when it was introduced by Propellerhead with Reason Compact have lost access to Europa following updates to the app by Reason Studios. The IAP is not restorable, perhaps because of the silly name change for the company and not following through on the IAP aspect of of the App Store update. Whatever the reason, for the original patrons of Reason Compact like me, the app now lacks - and has for a long while now - its core functions. The Europa piece of Compact is what distinguishes this app from many others. Having bought it, we want to be able to use it. Someone there may want to start answering posts here. The lack of support for your apps is really alienating users - some of whom have become former users. No one posts here because it looks to be a pointless exercise - as pointless as writing to the general Studios support line. Get with it, folks. We want to love you, but you make it hard.

Same here. I bought four of these sound packs. Now I see they have a $0.99 price tag on them! What gives? Most apps let you restore purchases from previous versions.

At least give us some sort of rebate to use in the app if you are unable to restore the ones I purchased, then give me the $4 back and I’ll hit the buttons myself haha
