I had purchased reason compact from my previous iPad and on the current replacement I cannot even restore my content
I have paid for most of the reason content and I have my purchase receipts for proof, but Reason hasn’t recognized my purchases. What is going on and why can’t I restore my purchases?

Me too, I didn’t switched iPad/iPhone. On both my Europa, the only I paid, isn’t activated, nor 2 sounds packs. No option for Restore Purchases.
