Screen cracked had to get a replacement iPad. Reason IAP never transferred data into new iPad even with the backup.

I had an iPad screen that cracked and had to get it replaced. I had backed-up the original ipad. The content was backed up and I have all my original creations. However, my previous purchases haven't been authorized.
