Early-bird Europa Upgrade issue

Hey Propellerheads, I bought the Reason Compact Europa upgrade on 2 Dec 2018, taking advantage of the early bird deal for £4.99 ;) Recently though I’ve noticed that Reason Compact is asking me to do the £9.99 Europa upgrade to the full version. Can someone look into this for me. Thanks, Dan
